The new mixed-use development, Xander on State, is apartments, retail + parking.

Five stories of apartments and one story of retail + parking sit above the one story of underground parking. The 224 apartments are a mixture of six different floor plans ranging from studio to two bedroom units. Residents have access to amenity spaces include a fitness room, theater room and pool as well as the 200+ parking spaces.

The apartments are wood-framed and the parking garage is post-tensioned concrete.
