what has been your most satisfying experience on the job?
I get to be a part of a collective group of people who are dedicated to providing the highest quality of service while continually striving to produce the most complete, efficient, and safe structures – all in an environment where growth, learning, and collaboration are encouraged and welcomed.
what has been your favorite project?
The Blue Ash Recreation Center Renovation and Addition was a very challenging project where a portion of the existing recreation center was demolished and a new facility was built directly in its place – in some instances on top of and over the old footprint. The challenges posed by these conditions were something that I had never faced before. I’m very proud of the energy and effort our team used to create our drawings; it led to accurate designs and a great team relationship.
