why did you choose to join schaefer?
I have always interested in all aspects of constructing and designing buildings so I knew I wanted to branch out into the structural engineering side of buildings after graduation. I was really impressed with Schaefer’s culture and the work that the team does.
what book have you found to be the most helpful to your career?
The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership by John C. Maxwell because even at the beginning of your career you can take steps to lead in small ways, and even be a better follower.
