The new mixed-use development includes a ground floor restaurant and parking. A steel framed podium structure supports an elevated amenity deck and fitness center, and four stories of wood-framed apartments above. Our structural engineers collaborated with the design team to optimize the steel podium framing to avoid conflicts with the parking layout.

The 84 units are made up of studio, one and two bedroom layouts; most feature private balconies.
