Schaefer’s team has provided designs for five Dunkin’ locations in Phoenix, Arizona. The projects were all new, standalone retail centers standing one-story and at around 1000 sq ft, and were constructed with wood-stud walls with wood trusses.

Designs were customized to based on municipality + developer requirements. Some included drive-thru windows, and some of the projects also included an additional structure of shell retail space adjacent to the Dunkin’.
