My dad has run his own residential construction company for my entire life, so I’ve always been around structures and love to see a building come together. Once I took a CAD/drafting class in high school and discovered Revit, I knew this was the path I wanted to take.

After being referred to Schaefer, the project diversity initially had me interested! Then, I started researching Schaefer more and got a sense that the company culture + value they put on each team member was second to none.
