Schaefer teamed with Fry’s on 14 locations, 13 of which are in Arizona. The new designs have ranged from 100,000-124,000 sq ft. We’ve customized facades based on municipality and developer requirements.

Schaefer has provided structural analysis and designs for Fry’s parent company, Kroger Company, for over 40 years. Projects include new designs, expansions, with-in-the-wall remodels and value engineering for stores and distribution facilities across the country. Project budgets range from $500,000 to over $16,000,000.
