Schaefer Marketing Leader Kristin DeBord joins Cincinnati Regional Chamber C-Change Class of 2026. Every year, Greater Cincinnati professionals are chosen to participate in the leadership development program with a community engagement focus. As current + future local leaders, the program challenges the group to grow their own skill sets and actively engage in + positively impact the local community.
The class meets monthly from April-November. Those interested in the program must complete a thorough application process and be selected by C-Change.
Kristin is not the first Schaefer team member to participate in Ohio’s local chamber leadership programs.
