The San Diego Symphony entertained guests at a temporary venue at Embarcadero Marina Park South for nearly 15 years. Now, it has a permanent space within the park.

Schaefer’s entertainment team reviewed and provided structural analysis for the venue’s hoist rigging, which included 14 motorized hoists with loft + mule blocks, 25 two-ton chain hoist points, three LED screens, and six motorized acoustical banners at varying elevation.

In addition, the team provided supplemental steel design for the hoists, chain motors, and banners.
