Schaefer designed the frames + anchorage for three tree structures in Columbus, Ohio. The trees provide shade and are pieces of active artwork in an outdoor community space around Gravity mixed-use development.

The trees are made of plexiglass. Tree 1 is 11 ft tall x 11.5 ft wide; Tree 2 is 10.5 ft tall x 12.75 ft wide; and Tree 3 is 12.75 ft tall x 15.75 ft wide.
