The new facility fulfills Nehemiah Manufacturing’s need for a new storage and office building in Cincinnati, Ohio. The first floor is designed to house standard warehouse storage with loading docks, a high hazard flammable storage room and a high hazard blending room. Offices, laboratories and training rooms are located on a mezzanine level.

Variable soils led to the use of a ground modification system for the building foundations. The overall structure is constructed with tilt-up concrete panels and steel-framed roofing.
