I am glad to work for Schaefer because of the broad project portfolio here which facilitates experience and continually presents challenges on each project. Also, there is a great community of people with different backgrounds who are always willing to help when needed.
what has been your most satisfying experience on the job?
My most satisfying experience was visiting the job site of the first project in which I handled the majority of the design. I still get that feeling every time I see one of my projects.
