Hangar at Thunderbird, the new $58 million housing development, was constructed on the former site of the Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Thirty-one new buildings will offer a range of one to three bedroom apartment units. Each apartment building follows one of four building designs and was constructed using wood + post-tensioned concrete slab on grade foundation:

Building type 1 | 16,800 sq ft across two stories

Building type 2 | 15,600 sq ft across three stories

Building type 3 | 13,800 sq ft across three stories

Building type 4 | 4,200 sq ft across two stories

The development also includes a clubhouse + amenity space for residents.
