Ryan Konst + Meg Mueller Present Client Experience at SMPS Indiana BD + MKT Palooza

Schaefer Executive Vice President Ryan Konst, PE, CPSM + Client Development Lead Meg Mueller will present Schaefer’s client experience journey at Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) Indiana Chapter’s BD + MKT Palooza on Wednesday, October 25, 2023 in Indianapolis, Indiana. They will co-present the session “Engineering the Client Experience” with Barry Sutherland of Henderson Engineers.

Ryan has spent the last 20+ years in the architecture, engineering + construction industry, all with Schaefer. He started out as an engineering co-op, and while he continues to deliver smart engineering designs, he moved through the ranks and into a leadership position that primarily focuses on strategy, planning, and revenue generation, which aligns with being a key leader within the firm’s client experience initiative.

Meg has 15+ years of experience building relationships in the built environment, both locally + nationally. Her professional journey is paved with a strong network of people and an attentive approach to data which helps Schaefer make real-time and informed decisions that positively impact the bottom line.
