Schaefer provided the structural engineering design for Rick Central 758, a new speculative warehouse building in Groveport, Ohio. It has been built to lease to future tenants.

The one story warehouse building has a 1517 person maximum occupant load within its 759,000 sq ft. It was constructed with open web steel joists + joist girders, structural steel columns, beams + braced frames, and load bearing precast wall panels.
