Schaefer was the structural engineer for Premier Health’s Liberty Family Medicine. The new medical office building is steel-framed with a brick + metal panel exterior; tall, structured parapets were designed to meet local façade requirements. The team chose the building materials to be efficient + cost-conscious while still tailored to the healthcare system’s needs. Inside, the single-story facility features a two-story clerestory entry + waiting area.

Schaefer also designed its sister location in Monroe, Ohio.
