In need of a larger office and anticipating the space necessary to fulfill its growth plan, Messer Construction Co. planned a new Corporate Support Office in Cincinnati, Ohio. The two story, 50,000 sq ft space not only fulfilled the goal for all current corporate employees to work under one roof, but was also designed to accommodate a two story, 25,000 sq ft addition in the future. The building was constructed with reinforced concrete and features exposed concrete ceilings and beams, and even a concrete reception desk.
