The people at Schaefer are the best part of my job. Everyone is so willing to help with any design and construction questions that I have, and it has helped me to grow a lot as an engineer. The learning environment that we have here is one of a kind.
what has been your most suprising/exciting experience at Schaefer?
I’m most surprised by the number of different projects that I’ve been able to work on already. When I came to Schaefer I knew that I’d have an opportunity to work with different building materials, but I never imagined I’d have a hand in a masonry building, post-tensioned concrete garage, cold-formed steel framing buildings, and two-way concrete podium structure all within less than a year of joining. It has been incredible.
