The community’s outdated aquatic facility was demolished to make room for a brand new Grandview Heights Municipal Pool on the same site. Guests can now enjoy two pools: one for leisure and an eight lane, 25 yard competition lap pool. The team designed a new 3500 sq ft structure that includes locker rooms, concessions + offices. A 1700 sq ft mechanical building houses the pool equipment + pumps. Additional support + foundation design was provided for permanent shade structures including a pergola + oversized umbrellas, splash pad + water features, and a multi-story stair leading to two water slides.
