90 Arboretum Drive is the first office building in New Hampshire to be constructed with mass timber. The three-story Class A office was built using glulaminated timber beams + columns with cross-laminated timber (CLT) floor + roof panels. Mass timber construction was chosen for sustainability + environmental impact.

Stair + elevator cores (CLT walls) were the only lateral load resisting system, which is typical in a concrete structure, but not in a mass timber building.
