We stand with our communities against racial injustice. As a firm, we’re committed to learning more + taking action. One step we’ve recently completed is inclusive workplace training.
We partnered with Pope Consulting, a firm that has specialized in diversity, inclusion and culture change for over four decades, as our external partner for this important work. The interactive program focused on diversity + inclusion. It discussed unconscious bias and how individuals can move beyond politeness to engage meaningfully with those who are different from themselves.
Our leadership team, managers and other key leaders took part in a full day session; the rest of our firm, from full-time to student workers, participated in a half day training. This was just a first step in learning more about how we as individuals can affect the inclusivity of our firm, leading us toward an environment where every team member has the opportunity to contribute to their full potential.
