Marian Spencer Hall, a new building on University of Cincinnati’s campus, sits on the site of a former residence hall, Sawyer Hall. Only Sawyer Hall’s basement and foundations remain on a 40 ft x 120 ft footprint; the team maintained the basement and existing mechanical services that service neighboring residence halls, Scioto and Morgens Halls.

The new facility houses students in a suite-style layout with a bathroom and room for four beds in each space. Housing and Food Services occupy office space in the building with a separate entrance. A dining facility is located on the first floor.
