The 168,812 sq ft parking garage was constructed with post-tensioned concrete; CMU with brick veneer + wood truss floors was used for the three stair + elevator towers that were designed to tie into adjacent residential buildings, as completed. The 470 spaces across four levels are available for residents + visitors to use while living or visiting Founders Park.
