Schaefer designed the sloped aluminum roof system to support multiple touring shows for the Flatlands Country Music Festival at Sporting Park in Kansas City, Kansas. The roof system was supported by multiple chain hoists that were hung from the canopy of the MLS soccer facility and the slope allowed water to shed to the sides of the facility. Schaefer’s team coordinated with the facility’s engineer of record for the successful delivery.
