Schaefer’s “Work at Schaefer” video, featured on the Careers page of our website, took home the Bronze Telly Award for Corporate Image. The recruiting and culture focused video led to 30% more resumes submitted and almost 700 minutes of watch time in the two months following its publishing.

The Telly Awards, in its 38th year, receives 10,000+ entries from both national and international organizations. Corporate videos like ours are submitted, but the awards program also receives commercials and films from television stations, advertising agencies, corporate video departments and more. Submittals are not judged against each other, but are scored on their own merits. On a ten point scale, scores of 7.0-8.9 earn the Bronze Telly Award.

“Work at Schaefer” is also a video category finalist for Society for Marketing Professional Services Marketing Communication Awards.
