Schaefer Executive Vice President Ryan Konst, PE, CPSM will present Schaefer’s client experience journey at the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) Business Development + Marketing Forum on Wednesday, March 1, 2023 in Scottsdale, Arizona. He co-presents the session “Engineering the Client Experience” with Barry Sutherland of Henderson Engineers.
Ryan has spent the last 20+ years in the architecture, engineering + construction industry, all with Schaefer. He started out as an engineering co-op, and while he continues to deliver smart engineering designs, he moved through the ranks and into a leadership position that primarily focuses on strategy, planning, and revenue generation, which aligns with being a key leader within the firm’s client experience initiative.
