The new Wesley Woods at New Albany senior living community combines a main building campus and individual townhomes to provide its residents a customized continuum of services from retirement living and assisted living to skilled nursing facilities and memory care.

Sprawling across a 38 acre site, Wesley Woods at New Albany stands three stories over a partial parking podium and boasts 186,000 sq ft of residential and community space. Residents can choose from 120 private apartments including independent living, skilled nursing and memory care units, and 20 customized townhomes. Along with the typical challenges that accompany today’s expectations of multi-story wood buildings, the lateral design of the main building provides for varying floorplans between upper and lower levels, relatively sparse lateral resistance at community areas, and multiple occupancy categories.
