Schaefer provided the structural design of the privately developed, $50 million portion of this project. Lot 26 develops approximately 75% of the city block including retail at street level, two stories of parking above street level, and five stories of apartments above the retail level. Lot 16 develops the north and west face (approximately 50%) of the city block and is a mixed use development including retail at street level and five stories of apartments above the retail level. The buildings were constructed with a hybrid framing system of steel and wood.
