Schaefer reviewed the temporary stage for the 2019 New Year’s Nashville event, as well as a 140 foot tall structure for dropping a 15 foot tall music note at midnight. Schaefer also reviewed the front of house, delay towers and other miscellaneous event structures. Schaefer designed the ballast and bracing, and reviewed all structures for temporary wind loading and the support of rigging loads. The music note drop structure had a limited footprint, and required support and pyro platforms.
