Camp Chase Trailhead, located in the 47 acre Wilson Road Park, is a 1000 sq ft park shelter with room for picnic tables, bike racks, a bike repair station, and restrooms. The community held meetings to determine requirements and requests for the new City of Columbus park structure; the design team incorporated the feedback into the project.

The trailhead was constructed with an exposed glulam timber and wood roof, masonry bearing and shear walls, and a signature steel signage tower that also provided lateral resistance for the structure.
