810 Main Street Facade Investigation
Cincinnati, Ohio

The building, originally constructed in 1905, stands six stories tall. It was constructed from solid brick masonry exterior walls with metal cornice, stone lintels and stone window sills on the west facade. By performing ground level observations using binoculars and a camera with zoom lenses, close-up observation from the west facade fire escape, close up observations from various window openings on the north and west facades, and roof level observations from the adjacent building’s roof, Schaefer provided a report that it was safe with an ordinary repair and maintenance program. It also detailed a recommended repair and maintenance program.
