what inspired you to pursue structural engineering?
I’ve always been interested in how buildings stand up + come together. I worked for a residential construction company shortly after high school which really sparked my interest in building design.
why did you choose to join schaefer?
Career development- I was enticed by Schaefer’s mentorship program along with company culture and wide variety of projects.
