Growing up, I always enjoyed building things. This included Legos and other hands-on projects. As I learned more about engineering, I became fascinated by the built environment and how the structures we use every day are designed to be safe, efficient, and long-lasting. I wanted to work in something that involves creativity + problem solving skills which led me to choose structural engineering in college.

I joined Schaefer because of the great culture. When I met everyone, it seemed like they were willing to mentor + empower others in their journeys. Also, we have an office on the 12th floor with a great view.
