what inspired you to pursue structural engineering?
The tallest building in my hometown is a two-story prefabricated metal building, so when I saw a skyscraper for the first time during a trip to Chicago in my early teens, I became endlessly curious about how buildings were constructed and stayed upright.

Schaefer is a dynamic group of engineers with a leadership team that cares deeply about its people. Through this, Schaefer has created an environment for young engineers to thrive, which was important to me in an employer.
