what inspired you to pursue structural engineering?
I was inspired to become a structural engineer because I wanted to build + create a positive impact on various communities. I also appreciate architecture and wanted to be a part of the design process.
why did you choose to join schaefer?
I was drawn to Schaefer by their sense of innovation + commitment to their engineering team. I also appreciated that Schaefer has the resources of a larger company but still values its employee-centric culture.
