what inspired you to pursue structural engineering?
My father started up a small structural design + construction company before I was born. I grew up in the field and learned to enjoy the profession. I worked the summers in high school framing houses and enjoyed being involved in buildings from conception through construction.
why did you choose to join schaefer?
I wanted to join a company that values its employees as much as their work.
