Thomas Phillips joins the Cincinnati office as a structural engineer. Read below to learn more about him!

1. Favorite thing to do off the clock?

I enjoy workout out or doing activities with my wife off the clock.

2. Favorite sports and teams?

My teams are the Cleveland Browns + The Ohio State Buckeyes!

3. Most prized possession/what you couldn’t live without (outside of family and friends)?

Our Pit-mix that we rescued, Hippo.

4. What are your hobbies?

My hobbies include fitness, golf + basketball.

5. What is the most extreme thing you have ever done?

I once ran a half marathon without any training because I was told I couldn’t do it.

6. What’s on your bucket list?

Traveling the world. I’ve been to Iceland and would love to see other European countries as well as China.

7. Fun fact about yourself.

I am a twin, although we look nothing alike.

8. What is a skill that you don’t have, but wish you did?

I wish I could play the guitar.

9. What would you sing at karaoke?

Beer for my Horses by Toby Keith.

10. If you could design a structure anywhere in the world, where would it be?

I would love to design a structure in China. I’m fascinated with their building + construction techniques.
