Schaefer Phoenix Expands to New Office

Just one year after opening a Phoenix office, Schaefer’s team has relocated to a new space in the Midtown neighborhood. Originally one structural engineer with an entrepreneurial spirit, Schaefer’s Phoenix office has tripled, requiring a larger space for the current team members and for future new hires.

“We’re excited about this move. We always knew our first office would be temporary so we never made ourselves too comfortable. Our new space is a better reflection of who we are as a firm and a place that I’m proud to meet potential new hires and clients – it’s a differentiator,” said Travis McCoy, Schaefer Managing Director and Phoenix office founder. “It’s also proof of our commitment to grow our Phoenix office and our work in the community.”

Schaefer’s new Phoenix office, located at 300 West Clarendon Avenue, has room for the team to grow to a production staff of eight. Recently renovated, Schaefer collaborated with the building owner to develop a modern, efficient and open office environment. Schaefer was previously located downtown at 1 East Washington Street.
