Schaefer provided the structural design for two new parking structures at an expanding Fortune 55 company’s Ohio headquarters. Parking Garage A is a cast-in-place parking structure that consists of four and a half levels and holds approximately 800 parking spaces. Two steel-framed pedestrian bridges branch off the garage’s third level connecting the garage to adjacent buildings to the west and south sides. Parking Garage B is a 5 story structure that holds 1,200 cars.

Schaefer also provided designs for two other buildings on the campus – the office and service buildings.
