A Fortune 55 firm added two new buildings to its headquarters in Ohio; Schaefer provided the structural design for the office and service buildings. The office building stands six stories tall and connects to the existing office building by an overhead bridge. Inside, the team designed a training area and conference center with 18 ft ceilings. The three story service building with loading dock, which houses high density storage and campus support services, also has pedestrian bridges – a two level bridge provides access to the existing office building and a one level bridge connects to a new parking garage.

Schaefer also provided designs for two new parking structures on the campus.
