what has been your most suprising/exciting experience at Schaefer?
Professionally, I was most excited when I designed a cross-laminated timber hotel. I have experienced immediate responsibility at Schaefer, and have grown as a structural engineer with the mentorship of seasoned engineers.
Culturally, I successfully ran the Schaefer 100, a fun wellness event for the whole company. I also look forward to participating in our annual Schaefer Week!
