what inspired you to pursue human resources?
What inspired me to pursue Human Resources was my desire to help people + make a positive impact on their work experience. I especially enjoy benefits administration + helping employees navigate complex claims + insurance issues. Being able to help solve problems, advocate for employees + help lessen the burden during what can often be a stressful situation is incredibly rewarding.
