what inspired you to pursue structural engineering?
I always liked building things, whether it was Legos as a kid or carpentry as an adult. Being decent at math + just wanting to understand how things work also helped steer me towards engineering.
why did you choose to join schaefer?
I joined Schaefer because of the diversity of projects + opportunities, and a number of former colleagues that joined Schaefer that had great things to say about the company + the people.
