why are you proud to work for Schaefer?
There are many reasons I am glad I chose Schaefer (and Schaefer chose me). Project diversity is at the top of my list. I truly enjoy the vastly different projects I have had the opportunity to work on; it is a plus to see many of my projects on a regular basis. Company ownership for all employees was also an important factor.
what has been your most satisfying experience on the job?
It’s always interesting to think of the little things we learn from the people we see every day and the friendships forged while doing the work we enjoy.
