The new 223 E. Town Street mixed-use development includes a ground floor restaurant and parking, and four stories of wood-framed apartments above. Our structural engineers collaborated with the design team to optimize the steel podium framing to avoid conflicts with the parking layout.

Camp Chase Trailhead, located in the 47 acre Wilson Road Park, is a 1000 sq ft park shelter with room for picnic tables, bike racks, a bike repair station, and restrooms. The trailhead was constructed with an exposed glulam timber and wood roof, masonry bearing and shear walls, and a signature steel signage tower that also provided lateral resistance for the structure.
