Three thumbnail images of the Parker Flats condominium and parking structure.

This $11 million building consists of five stories of condominiums over three stories of parking garage, with a total of 55 units. In addition, the building has a partial level steel-framed penthouse. The building is situated on a sloping site located at the west edge of downtown Cincinnati. The condominiums are intended to have an industrial loft feel that includes exposed concrete floors, steel beams, and open mezzanines. The primary structural system consists of post-tensioned, reinforced concrete slabs and girders supported by reinforced concrete columns on a deep foundation system. Parker Flats was honored with Juror’s Special Mention at the first annual CORA Residential Design Awards. The Congress of Residential Architecture and AIA Cincinnati recognized the project as excellence in residential design.
