Schaefer provided the structural engineering design for Marshall University’s School of Pharmacy and Fairfield Landing, a graduate housing project.

The new, three-story School of Pharmacy sits on the university’s Fairfield campus and includes spaces for learning, research, administration + collaboration.

Fairfield Landing stands four stories with 200 apartments. The new structure was constructed for pharmacy + medical graduate students and resident physician housing.
