Schaefer provided the structural engineering for this new 110,000 sq ft $17.5 million project facility that will accommodate 650 students and features a competition gymnasium, an auditorium and technical and agricultural program facilities. The school district is pursuing LEED certification.

Elementary Addition/Renovation + Middle School Renovation

These two projects, with a combined budget of $16.3 million and over 180,000 sq. ft. of renovated space, include renovating the existing high school to function as the new middle school, and the existing junior high school will be added on to and renovated to become the main elementary school for the district. Both buildings are currently in the LEED certification process.
