what inspired you to pursue structural engineering?
I grew up in a rural town with little to show for as far as infrastructure. Trips to Columbus, Cincinnati, Detroit, etc. were a rarity. Whether it was a major sporting event or a trip to the zoo, I was fascinated with the complexity + size of the stadiums + buildings. That’s what drove me to the position I’m in today.
why did you choose to join schaefer?
I joined Schaefer for project diversity and the vast knowledge of the team, but most importantly, I joined for the Schaefer culture.
