what inspired you to pursue structural engineering?
I really enjoy the math and science involved in structural engineering. More than that though, I think good engineering requires an awareness outside of calculations. I think that there is an “art” to good structural engineering that I find both fascinating + challenging.
why did you choose to join schaefer?
Through my co-op at Schaefer, I learned that the firm was different than your everyday group of engineers. Everyone was always willing to help and pushed me to constantly ask questions. I know that in this environment, I can grow to become a great engineer.
